EWMA is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Environmental Scientist—Entry Level
This person is responsible for performing soil, air, and groundwater sampling, along with the installation, maintenance and operation of remediation systems designed by EWMA. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related applied science, and should have completed OSHA 40-hour training. The applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision on field sampling, remedial system operation & maintenance, and related site characterization projects. Excellent communication skills are a must and mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Environmental Scientist – Experienced
This person implements Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, and Remedial Actions for soil and ground water, prepares Remedial Investigation Reports and Workplans, performs Phase I and II Site Assessments and various other field operations. This staff level position requires 3 to 5 years of experience and a minimum of a BS in Environmental Science, or related applied science. Qualified candidates should have NJDEP UST Certification for Closure and Subsurface Evaluation, as well as experience performing Phase I ESA's and ISRA compliance and OSHA 40-hour training. Applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent oral and written skills.

Geologist
This person is responsible for managing environmental investigations and remediation projects, implementing in-situ chemical oxidation as well as other conventional groundwater treatment methods, monitoring well installation, performing and interpreting aquifer tests, groundwater and soil sampling, and report writing.  This staff level position requires a minimum of a BS in Geology or Earth Science. Qualified candidates should have NJDEP UST Certification for Closure and Subsurface Evaluation, as well as experience performing Phase I ESA's and ISRA compliance and OSHA 40-hour training. Applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent oral and written skills.
