An unoccupied 40-acre property in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, offered an ideal location for residential housing and retail shopping, but before the owner could lease or redevelop the property, extensive environmental issues needed to be resolved. As part of a guaranteed fixed-price cleanup project known as SECUR-IT®, EWMA was retained to investigate and cleanup.

NJDEP Cleanup Star Case Closure Success Stories

EWMA managed two expedited case closures by receiving timely No Further Action (NFA) letters under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's (NJDEP)'s Cleanup Star Program in Paterson and Irvington, New Jersey, which allowed pending property transactions to proceed without environmental related delays.
